Celebrate taco Tuesday with these easy to make shrimp tacos! Don't like shrimp? Substitute your favorite white fish or even chicken! Not a fan of spicy? Our regular Garlic Dust is perfect for you.
Ingredients
- 1 Haas avocado, cubed

3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

3 tablespoons chopped pineapple or mango

1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

½ teaspoon To Taste

1 pound peeled and deveined 16/20 ct shrimp

2 teaspoon Spicy Garlic Dust
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

8 tortillas (corn or flour work)
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
Directions
Combine the avocado, onion, jalapeno pepper, pineapple or mango, cilantro, lime juice and salt in a bowl and set aside. Combine the shrimp, Spicy Garlic Dust, To Taste in a bowl and set aside.
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook 2 1/2 to 3 minutes per side or until opaque. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Heat tortillas in a dry skillet over medium-high heat until hot and lightly toasted, about 30 seconds per side.
Serve 2 tortillas on each plate and top each with 2 tablespoons avocado mixture and the shrimp, top with lettuce. Serve immediately.
