Crab Rice

This is a quick and easy recipe for a yummy side dish. For all my crab loving fans, you should definitely try this one.

Here's a simple side dish that showcases our fan favorite Garlic Dust. Feel free to swap out the blue crab meat for almost any protein!

In a dutch oven or deep pan with a tight fitting lid, heat oil and butter over medium heat.
Add onions, peppers, and 1 tbsp of Garlic Dust. Sauté until vegetables are translucent.
Add rice and mix to coat grains in the mixture.
Add 1.5 cups of chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Cover and reduce the heat to low. Cook until rice is done, approximately 15-20 minutes.
Turn off heat and gently stir in crabmeat, Garlic Dust and top with fresh herbs
Use the extra chicken broth for reheating!
